I'm your new neighbor. I was just sitting in my bathroom and heard you come in, so I thought I'd say hello.

I know the bathrooms at this complex are built next to each other and we can hear everything, but the previous neighbor and I had an agreement not to recognize one another when we were in here.

Oh, I'm sorry. I'll just talk to the guy on the other side from now on.
