RDR Analysis for Week 14 and 15
Ravi do you know what is our major failure on RDR
No Sandy... what are your findings ?
56 % of RDR failure is due to wrong address updation
The major failure is wrong address updation
Lets discuss this in TM/TSS huddles and inform all, We can easily fix this issue
RDR for NEQ is 3.5% and can be reduced to < 2% by ensuring correct address updation
Thats right, this can be easily fixed, lets all ensure we update our teams and colleages
I will personally ensure all my team members update the address correctly .

Auto Parts Selection (APS) is a step within the Delta dispatch process that helps you to quickly select the parts to be dispatched.
APS makes your job easier and helps in 1) Reducing Repeat Dispatch (RDR) and the Average Handle Time (AHT).

Yes it does, in addition to helping me select the right part it also helps reduce repeat dispatch and AHT
Use APS on all eligible calls, Ask your TSS/TM for any issues on usage or write in directly to us at GGN_NEQ_RSM@dell.com
Do your Team members know how to use it..
Yes Sir, I have trained my entire team and keep guiding them to use it on all eligible calls
