it's thursday. did plasma, the dollar store didn't have locks, sent a bunch of emails, it's grey, i'm depressed, so i'm not up jumping around gettin stuff done.
pre-writing tension, i have a stanhope podcast on instead of the interrogatorys i need to write up today. i want to just take a sick day. maybe i'll get laundry done later?

to go to the dr tomorrow at 1 pm. i still havent started my memo. any day now.. i'm running out of time. it should be easy, but i have inhibitions.
i got one small memo knocked out between 4 am and 8 am, a first draft of a motion for appointment of counsel. i started the memo, had a good dr visit, bought locks and cold medicine for tommy, caulk.
dawn says two hookers have been murdered near here in the past few days, and then we just right now had a car wreck half a block over, wasn't anything useful i could do. the people are ok.
