	it's sunday afternoon. tommy says there was this big motorcycle parade outside just now,but i didnt notice it. we live on the national road, what used to be rt 40.


	i think the woodruff place community yard sale is today and yesterday, so i should get up and go to that. it's a small town 3 blocks long where instead of taxes they have an annual yard sale.


	it's victorian mansions in what was otherwise the ghetto, although that area is gentrifying. i rented there before i bought this place.


	this week i turned down 30K for the my shack i paid 7k for 10 years ago. i'd take 40. the last shack i sold for $15K is listed at 165k after a rehab i couldnt afford to do.

	if i still had all the properties i used to have i'd be rich now, but it was impossible to hold onto them at the time.


	didnt go to pride yesterday because it was cancelled. more because of the pandemic than the riots. i'll have to wear a mask if i go to woodruff. at 3 am the workweek starts all over again.
