	when i used to live at the no limits housing coop,i had an eccentric roommate sylvia. trans, asian, a bitcoin miner, she had no job or income but would order stuff off amazon all the time.


	i finally understand. my 3 amazon packages came today, laptop charger, headphones, dr bronner's peppermint shampoo. i got amazon prime so free 2 day shipping for $12/mo, first month free.


	it took me about 10 years to order 3 things off amazon, and now i'm at 3 a day. but on the study it's my only link with the outside world, and cheap at the price.


	studies not only pay well, you (usually) don't spend any money when you are on one. except i'm going tobuy a spirit ticket to fly to nashville for $53 and megabus from there.


	the clinic here is a little lax they don't even check the packages, could be cookies or beer. they let their staff go during corona, and not everyone has come back. so they are a little short.


	i was totally jonesing without my laptop, using the old slow windows 7 machine in the main room. it'll be charged up again in an hour. happy the new power cord fixed the problem.
