	so i'm in kansas. i'm in the parking lot outside a geek bar. i haven't found a cheap hotel.


	last night i slept in the van, and screened in st louis this morning. it's not much moneyt and i don't like the drug, so i hope i get the kc one, but my blood pressure is high.


	i redeposited the check they weren't supposed to send me. bj didnt get into his study so he's probably back at my place. tommy sang me happy birthday.


	i went to denny's in terre haute for free hash browns on my birthday, as is the custom.


	the denny's near me wouldn't honor my coupon so i had to call corporate and i got a new coupon out of it. might leave a scathing yelp review.


	the van made it this far. if i get the study i'll buy something else; this transmission won't last much longer.

$67 in gas so far. $8 for a juice at the women-run vegan juice bar in columbia missouri. abou $10 for variuous decaf coffees and juices along the way. next i'll check the prices of those hotels i passed. forgot to tell the club i wasn't going up tonight.
