	How does heavy rain (for instance), affect the operations of the Crips?


	Most people don't know that we are just as affected by the weather as they are.


	Sure. We'll almost always cancel any scheduled drive-bys when it's rainin' hard.


	I would think the heavy rain would provide increased cover.


	That's a good point, however that's over-ridden by our concern for our drivers safety.
