Sir,I have concentration problem.These are the examination days and I am not able to remember anything.
You should do some yogic exercises to get rid from this problem.
Sir,What are the yogic exercises for concentration?
Do Bharamri Pranayama,Anulom Vilom Pranayama at least each for 5 minutes duration everday.You should also do Suryanamaskar regularly.
