A man carrying a blood spattered chainsaw and claiming to work for the president was allowed into the U.S. by customs officials on Wednesday.
Along with a chainsaw, he was also found to be carrying a homemade sword, a hatchet, brass knuckles and pepper spray.
Officials said "He certainly did demonstrate bizarre behavior, but that's not illegal."
Later it was discovered that the suspect had killed his elderly neighbors.
Officials insisted that "there were no red flags" raised by his behavior.
In other news, naked soccer players sodomized a kindergarten. Security didn't notice anything suspicious.
