	The Wyoming state legislature voted to ban open containers in vehicles.


	When asked why they never told us open containers were legal, lawmakers said "oops, our bad."


	Breaking News: Fireworks are still illegal.


	The Clark Street viaduct was rated 15.9 on a 1-100 scale of structural integrity.


	Laramie city council said they'll get around to replacing it sometime in 2011. Meanwhile, have a safe commute.
