A day in the life...
Tech support, this is Michael. You'll have to re-boot in Safe Mode, run Scan Disk, defrag the SCSII, type C:del*.* from a command line, re-install WINSOC, and "reg hack" the Outlook DLL
WOW! That was one of the most complicated calls I've ever observed. In order to track the customer issue, I'll have to know what the problem was.

Ummm, aahh.. It was a wrong number. They thought it was WebEx support.
