This letter states that you dont give to the homeless.It also says you drive right past the less fortunate when you see them with their family begging for change !
The Price goes up according to our Postal Codes ! I dont understand how the city allows the disabled to set up a buisness on the sidewalk.Are their Zoning Laws ?
I believe it is called Squatting ! As long as it is Public Property it is Legal !
