True. My room is often a mess, but you will clearly see the dividing lines: on my side of the bed, there is a basket and there are clothes in it. On my husband's side, there is a basket, and there are clothes everywhere BUT in it. The shared dresser is on my side, BUT it's mostly messy with MY stuff. Actually, I don't think any of Nathan's stuff is there at all. Cleanliness isn't my definition of savage, it's just the easiest thing for me to relate to for everyone to visually connect one thought to another.
Your mom constantly told you to "sit up stright", thus preventing the hunching of your back. A "savage" activity prevented by a woman, whoa! I've never heard a man tell anyone to "sit up straight".
