Factory showroom had only moderate appeal to me on first listen, but it grew on me very quickly. It is now my second favourite of theirs, after Apollo 18. John Henry is the one I enjoy least.

i like john henry! i think it's certainly among their best, top-to-bottom. apollo is also great, and lincoln (with the exception of the pencil rain and mr. me). factory showroom grew on me very quickly as well--except S-E-X-X-Y, which can bugger off to hell.

I think "You're Not The Boss Of Me Now", which is what I assume the MITM theme is called, is one of TMBG's poorer efforts.

That said, the best theme song by a famous band has to be Primus's South Park theme.

As long as 'little intimate place' means ten people or less, then fine. A few hundred folks is still too many in my opinion. I don't like crowds. I also hate smoke, and usually anything indoors means lots of smoke. If they want to come play in my living room I'd be happy to listen to them. Otherwise, I think I'm sticking to CDs and the radio.

i even bought the interactive CD rom of tales from the punch bowl that doesn't work on any system of today.

Oh, and The Rhythm and The Heat is one of my favourite PG tracks. That whole album, PG4, stickered with the title "Security" in the US, is my favourite of his, and a lot of his fans.
