For those who think I am completely insane, it was a British kid's cartoon in the eighties which used very shaky artwork (sort of a UK precursor to Dr Katz) and had a really cool theme tune played on distorted guitar and harmonica.

The Thundercats theme tune is brilliant. You should download an mpeg of the intro sequence itself (the original, not the crappy Cartoon Network remix) - the audio is even better with the video.
