You people are so non-PC! This late-december festival, I got a laptop. Yep. I am the most spoiled kid around these parts right now. Though, I only got it because my dad hit a big jackpot at the casino. Also, I had to pay for about half of the laptop. But it was still probably the most awesome Christmas gift ever. It's nothing too fancy, but it will definitely help out this coming semester.

I got a bunch of gift cards and some clothes from the fam, but the wife made my day by ordering the NHL Center Ice package from Directv. In case you have no idea what that is, basically I get to see all NHL hockey games til the end of this season.

That's right, my wife forfeited the TV for the next 5-6 months. You guys should be so lucky.

Exactly, the Hawks are nearly extinct out here because of that cunt.

Hopefully the new Cards stadium in Peoria (right?) will restir interest in the team. They need a new owner and manager who are willing to take the team to new places. They have a great receiver in Larry Fitzgerald, and other good players. I think since fan support is generally low, the owner doesn want to do much to improve the team... That's just my opinion. It's like when the Blackhawks made it to the playoffs a few years back, not a lot of people noticed.

I got in trouble when I was living in Minnesota because I made fun of the 10,000 ponds...I mean...lakes. Having grown up with Bull Shoals lake, I found the ponds dotting the state to be laughable.
