35kg... damn, that's a lot to drop. Well done! If I were to drop that much weight, I would be only slightly above the healthy weight for my height. That'd be nice... *sigh*
How did you do it?
I only ate babies. This diet isn't for everyone. It will only work on those that like babies. If you're a person that dislikes babies, your appetite won't even be curbed.
Also, I'm doing the Atkins diet which cuts out all carbs. Carbs are in breads, pasta, sugar, potatoes, fruits, vegetables, and just about everything else. (Cept bebees.) The two main things they aren't in is Meat and Cheese, which means I've been eating steaks, pork chops, summer sausage, lunch meat, and tons of cheese. Not a bad way to diet. Luckily there's a relatively large market for low-carb foods for diabetics so a couple of months ago I found a chain of stores called the Low Carb Mall. They're actually the size of an anorexic convenient store, but have let me have low-carb cereal, bread, ice cream, pasta, and just about everything else I gave up. I've done absolutely no exercise (doctor's orders), but the weight drops off at about 10lbs a month, though I do think that rate's slowed since I added the low-carb mall food and carbonated drinks back into my diet. (Though why the latter is true is anyone's guess.)
I quit smoking because I was tired of addiction. The mental side of it, that is. Always looking forward to the next fix, you know. I smoked for 9 years and during the last couple my days were 30 little rise-climax-resolution scenarios all with a cigarette at their apex. I felt that aspect of it was hurting my concentration. (By the way, wirthling, I quit smoking in Jerome, if you want to make me a trend setter.)
That was the verbose explanation of why I quit smoking. Here's the curt version of how: Wellbutrin (also known as Zyban). Not one craving, I kid you not.
