Well, almost. That's a pretty bad transliteration there.

The second and third words should be combined into "Yisrael", the Hebrew word for "Israel". The word "Elohym" does mean "God", but it needs a different suffix to make it "our God"; it should read "Eloheynu".

As for the word for "Lord," yes, it is spelled with the Hebrew consonants pronounced "y", "h", "v", and "h", but it's never pronounced "Jehovah", or even "Yehovah".

Well, "Yahweh" obviously shares the same etymology. However, in the modern Jewish liturgy, forms of the word "Adon" (lord) are used, rather than the name of God itself, and in casual conversation, "hashem" (literally, "the name") is used. As for the actual pronunciation of the name, that may even have been lost in the sands of history. In the old days it was never used in normal use ("thou shalt not take the Lord's name in vain", and all that), and was only spoken by the High Priests on special occasions (see descriptions of the Yom Kippur observances during the time of Moses in Leviticus -- I'm not sure, but I think it's a chapter in the high teens; you can grep for "tenth day of the seventh month"). Since the destruction of the Temples, these rituals no longer take place.
