That's funny because apparently boorite's video card isn't supported and tech support tells him he can't play the game. Except he does.

That's boorite, though. He also isn't supposed to be able to walk through walls, squirt blood from his eyes and create nachos from pocket lint, and yet he does.

When that nice little "error" type message popped up, it wouldn't even let me continue with the installer. I remember when Windows 98 would be like "you need to adjust your graphics" or "hey, your computer sucks so this program won't work properly!" and then it would just continue on with installing the program...

And now we've reached the dark age where even tech support people are told to 'cover their asses' and tell someone that if their system isn't compatible, its not compatible at all. They install the program, that's at their own risk.

My computer blips a fatal error message when SL pops up, but if I move it out of the way the program runs fine and doesn't cause a fatal error.

Somebody stole my trailer!

I rent a trailer over at the Doublewide (boo, ivy, and Lucky know where that is), and somebody stole it last night!

I would publish pictures of it, but I didn't take any, since I didn't know stealing of trailers was possible. Y'all, it had all my cool stuff in it, including several rocking poster's from Ivy's shop.

I assume that it can be recovered, but wow.

Annabelle actually told me about it in an email. It was there last Friday, the last time I went there.

I'm actually thinking the people at the Doublewide did it, as one of their kooky promos. If so, that would be pretty funny. But I have noticed some construction going on next door. If you've been recently, my trailer is the red one all the way at the end with the giant penguin. I wonder if they got my penguin as well? And my flagpole and my mailbox?

If it wasn't the Doublewide, then that is freaky. It's not like they stole my actual trailer - I'm not that invested in it as property. But still, things like that ought not to be. Some of that stuff is no-copy no-transfer.
