I had a couple of ideas for a PV contest, but I'm going with one that's less manipulative and more creative.

I want mugshots of "famous" people. Feel free to play fast and loose with famous as it's in quotations.

Here's one example:

RULES
1. You may use either a profile or portrait photo (or both if you want).
2. I want at least the name of a Police Dept. and a Prisoner Number on a black background with white letters as in the Berkowitz example. Vital statistics are optional, but will be exploited by the wise.
3. Include a caption at the bottom to describe the heinous crime (should NOT be any longer than two sentences).
4. Entries MUST be in black and white (yes, grayscale counts).

Remember, you may use any "famous" person, and I'll soon post three pics to help you get started.

Sorry, my instructions weren't clear enough:

1) Find a picture of a "famous" person.
2) Make it look like a mugshot by adding the black board and white letters.
3) In a caption below the photo, tell why the subject has ended up having a mugshot photo taken.

Like this:

Subject arrested on suspicion of
illegal entry and back-door burglary.

4) Make it funnier than the above.

At this point, any photo will do, and, yes, a caption would help there, Jrnymn.
