Love is fleeting and ephemeral, much like our own brief lives. Love is a mystical and mysterious thing, which acts by it's own rules and acts beyond any sense of reason. It causes pain and anguish, disaster and weakness, depression and heartbreak, yet it is one of the best things humanity has to offer. How can we even begin to decipher the labyrinth of tangled feelings and psychological tendencies that make up this strange phenomenon? It most likely cannot be done, but here is my best attempt:
