I just switched to iTunes from Windows Media Player for my music needs, and started giving thought to podcasts/the casting of said pods. Anybody listen to them? Do them? Give a shit?

Anybody involved in any aspect of this INTERNET phenomenom can say stuff about it here, for my reading pleasure PLEASE

Im a staff member of a site that uses Pod casts, I never actually bothered to find out what they are though, but from what I have heard it is just an mp3 file of people talking... I think. Perhaps I picked it up wrong.

Yeah, it's basically prerecorded radio shows of sports, music, politics, et cetera douchebaggery. Done by whoever. I think there are big name ones, but then anybody can do them. I think it might have some sweet potential, but I'm sure there are plenty of people that thought that before who made one shitty podcast and then realized nobody cared.
