There were moments that were almost funny, yet ruined by the presentation. There were moments that *could* have been funny if the joke weren't telegraphed from the 1st panel.
At least it's not the worst collection of comics I've ever seen.
Awww, that was probably my only good use of the Asian girls punchline ever, and now I feel like a big nasty person because of it. Oh well, I still like the strip. :)

My humble opinion is that it would have been slightly more effective had you removed the Asian girls and just left in the background, either blank white, blank black, or curtain. But that's just my style.
