I work for as an engineering techician. Its pretty boring, but its easy work and I can work whatever hours I want.

One of the smart men is frozen and hasn't spoken in years. The other is only there 2 to 3 times a month.

This usually leads to me spending a 12 hour day to follow unnecessary procedures. This makes all my other work fall to the wayside.
