Hi,

The last three comics I posted are coming up "comic does not exist." The titles still exist on my scroll and I can advance from the last comic that is still available....but no strips appear.

 I also notice that the comic number is seven digits long instead of six.

Are they gone forever?

the strips still exist, there just seems to be something wrong with the numbering , possibly a database snafu.

You can see them if you set the comic to the one you show first, or if you reference them directly in the database or use the proper number  (I used the old (comic)(/comic) code for the first one and tried the hyperlink for the second ie

the unfortunate thing is whether these numbers can be replaced in the forum posts aswell  or whether we'd need to repost the strips. From the looks of things all posts that now show [Posted comic does not exist] are using the 7 digits

Comic list numbering should be fixed now.

Let me know any forum posts that need to be edited to reflect the number change.

What happened was dumb as hell but will hopefully not happen again.

Where'd all the comics go? Database snafu. Must have been something complicated. Nah, it was dumb as hell. Hopefully it won't happen again. Beer makes time die! It makes me put song lyrics in my PHP coding, too!
