Sorry this took so long, but I didn't know I won the last FTC because  I haven't been keeping up with these contests as much as usual.  But now I'm back...with a VENGEANCE!!!

Okay, I'm not really back with a "vengeance"--I just thought that would sound cool.  Anyway, here's the template:

It's not a very good template, so use photoshop, voodoo, whatever. 

I find the worst templates to be the most fun because they are more challenging.  Yeah...that's the ticket.

I will judge this sometime after the first entry.  If there are no entries, I will pretend to judge it and announce a fictitious winner.
