If we're in a CD-plugging mood here, I recommend everyone go out and buy "Evil Heat", the new Primal Scream album. It's veh veh good. I don't think you can get it in the States, though. They are without deal over there, possibly due to one of their songs being called "Bomb the Pentagon".

Yeah, wasn't that single released on September 11th? I seem to recall much talk at the time of the irony of it all.

That's typical tabloid spin. They did have a song called that, but they had only played it at a handful of live gigs last summer. After September 11th they pulled it from all their sets, and it only resurfaced again recently, with the title and some of the lyrics changed. It was never a single, but the papers didn't let that get in the way of a good story.
