Have you seen the look in Bongo's eyes lately? He's hiding something... but what? Could it have to do with the recent lack of Captain Obvious references? Does he hold the key to a potential TOBORgate? Perhaps he's stumbled onto Dr. Pedantic's top secret files... Bongo has the dirt on someone or someones that could ruin their lives on Stripcreator.com... and anything that would be serious enough to ruin the lives of characters *this* fucked up has to be big. And have you seen how jumpy and nervous Bongo is? He knows someone is out to get him. He knows that someone wants him silenced... but who, and why? Could it be the Asian Girls? Neil and Roger? Evil Kangaroo and Mr. Stinkybutt?

That, my friends, is what this contest is all about. There's a conspiracy amongst the stripcreator characters and it's up to all you theorists to crack the case wide open and expose it to the proles... and remember that Bongo is the key to the mystery.

I will accept multiple entries as well as series. Photoshops are cool too, but ONLY if they're presented in the form of incriminating photographs involving at least one stripcreator character.

Time is of the essence, you have until late Friday evening to solve this mystery. Whoever puts forth the most entertaining conspiracy goes on to host the next contest. Good luck!

These are inspired by crabby's strip, as well, and should be considered 'Episode 1' to his strip, if you will...which you shouldn't....but that's just me. Actually, it's Episodes 1-6. I don't know. Anyways, here it is:

God, I'm bored. And yes, this was meant to be an Enron story, but I failed to mention that in the story. Which is why I'm doing it now.

Someone shoot me.

By the way, making storylines based off of other people's strips is actually encouraged. Let's see how many tendrils of intrigue we can get going here.

I'm wondering if this contest was at all inspired by this recent strip of mine, which showed up in the current guess the rules contest.

No, it's inspired from the fact that I like conspiracy theories. I picked Bongo as the main character because he just has that "I know too much" look about him.

Plus he has that paranoid, "what was that?" looking over his shoulder pose.

Yeah, that too.

I'd conisered basing it around Neil, Roger, Jon, and Philip being unwitting pawns, but paranoid Bongo just spoke to me more than the above premise.

This idea (as you can guess) is from Star Wars, showing the last three episodes, then the first three. I'm also making it that order, (if you don't believe me look at my list of comics and it's in that order) now to make Ep 1,2 and 3

Very nice, indeed. Well Played. Makes me feel like an dumbass for what I'm about to do. With your permission, I have linked a few of the strips together for one big Über-story. I will show you now:

Start with Geniu$ - Usual Suspects, then 55419, then my When the Bough Breaks line, then 55410,55412,55413, then crabbby - Head Games, then 55414,55416,55418, then Bazilla - Episodes 1-6.

Pathetic as it may be, especially after Dan's, that's the way I see it.

I used
tags in the first dialogue box, but they didn't remain in the saved version. I had trouble creating a corrected version. So just imagine a line break where a capital follows a nonspace letter.
