The Administration has initiatited a hawkish publicity campaign and Dick Cheyney and Collin Powell are circulating in the Middle East to drum up a coalition to invade Iraq.
The pitch is that this is a propitious time to oust Sadam Hussein, a menace to humanity, because jingoism is high and the brutality of Islamic terrorism is at the media forefront.
