	I'm sorry Chen, there's just not enough room in the budget to give you a raise.


	So even though we hired 30 staff without having any work for them to do, and 4 more later to supervise them just to stop them from distracting others,


	And even though I'm $15,000 below the industry standard, I still can't have a $5,000 raise?


	In all fairness Chen, 30 new staff members does mean 2 or 3 pieces of sweet sweet eye candy.
