Normally, yes... But, it can get really sticky and crusty up in my vagina, so to be able to remove a stuck tampon, I tie the excess string to a door knob and then slam shut the door.
That's gotta hurt!
Not so much anymore as the excessive scarring has toughened up my vagina...
