it's a motion to dismiss because i havent done anything on the case since 2001. uh, i've been busy.

| i'm totally unprepared, with nothing written, so i'll probably lose the hearing. but i know the judge really well, and i might have a shot. | |

| been nervous about it-literally worried sick for a few days, couldn't sleep last night. it's now 6 am and light out, so i made it through the almost falling asleep at 5 am stage. | |

| courtroom 12 doesn't look like this. it's a community justice center on the south side, looks like a dentist's office. i stayed awake by reading ivy's walmart strips. | |

i stopped by on friday. it took them 20 minutes to find the file, and then they closed for the day.
