In one sense, not much happened today. I came home from the bar, had a visit from a friend, hung out at the coffeehouse, wasted time online, was going to get a haircut but didn't.
In another sense, though, it's been a grand day of epic adventures and quests.
I saw exlovers, old friends, met new neighbors, bought a beer for a stranger, hit the westside, the northside and the east side, cars trucks, trains, a bike.
Got offered drugs twice (no thanks!) told stories, met the cook at a drag bar, found buried treasure, spent money, collected debts, did stuff that could fill ten strips easy.
tomorrow will be more so; my agenda includes a parade, three davids, a festival, and a party. maybe dancing, maybe stippers. high drama, low comedy.
then i need to pack and sleep and get ready for monday's road trip.
