parkour, of course, is that trendy new martial art of jumping around buildings. see video. there's a local meetup group i might check into.
although i'm hopelessly out of shape being out of shape is a job requirement of the work i do, keeps certain enzyme levels low.
a martial art of running away and hiding is perfectly suited to my aardvark style kung fu. it's basicly how i handle combat - look for an exit strategy and get the heck away.
