I made an offer of $5000 for the house, which is the asking price from the bank. It's assessed at $63K.
I drove over and gave them my proof of funds. On the way home, I got the run around from a few record stores about those 45s I found yesterday, and did a little shopping, and got turkish coffee.
Walked a couple of miles. That's the plan, to get a little excercize every day, or at least sometimes. Dug up some more of the garden.
I read the rest of The Devil's Panties, at least 1000 strips. Took me about a week.
