So I go get my mechanic, and mike, who sold me the caddy, drives me to city hall and drops off another guy while i start the paperwork.
I get searched and fingerprinted, but they won't give me the car so i go back home and get the title and we come back and get the release form and go to the lot and get the caddy and we both drive to
my house and i drop him off and leave my pickup there to pick up later and i drive home. It actually went pretty smoothly. $110
