I didn't get much done today. Checked the mail, did laundry, confirmed WV alternate gig. I don't know if not getting much done corresponds to having had 3 gin and tonics at the club last night.
Sunday-Monday: 1100 miles, kansas and back. Didn't get into that study, can screen for a $2000 study later this month.
In Missouri drove past a place I used to live and a place where my mother grew up - that always feels strange.
Drove around looking for the Dixie Belle, forgot it closed a year ago, so I went to sidekicks, a gay cowboy bar.
They were having some kind of aidswalk burlesque benefit. There was a really cute clown riding a unicycle, and some drag queens that were really girls,
and a crippled but twinky Mr KC Gay Pride sang some love song... all in all best show I've seen in some time.
