	an interesting day. i paid a filing fee over the phone to keep my case from being dismissed, $455.


	they took the patch off my arm so i can go take a shower. still pills and blood draws. mostly they just take our blood pressure now and then.

	i spotted an election law story on the noon news while someone was flipping channels, and i've spent the day blogging about it and got it


	picked up by a major blog. it's local, so i might run down there tomorrow. i dont usually blog from location.


	there was a city council person who got arrested, the day before the election, for some election fliers


	which are, of course, completely legal and protected by the first amendment.
