This just in! but not yet.
At 10:30, we're still waiting for Citizens United, the anti-hillary case. Following the liveblogging at scotusblog.
The court took 6 new cases, justice souter retires today, the firefighters won 5-4, another case went 5-4....
OK, here we go... Citizens United is held over for next term!
this just in - it'll be re-argued in September! not the usual October.
It'll be re-argued in the fall, to decide whether to overrule Austin v Michigan.
So either way, it's going to be a landmark case, a gamechanger. That's all from us for now, good day.
