today i wrote another memo, a motion to compel discovery, that i'd been putting off while i had a deadline in the other case.
and i rode my bike in the aids walk/ride today. and i hauled a broken washerdryer out of the basement and gave it a scout scrap drive.

so it hasn't been a completely useless day. made a tentative coffee date with some star trek nrrd grrl who found me on some site.
i'll probably stay in tonight, mayb e cook something
didn't call mom, didnt sort boxes, didn't make a to do list.
it's almost 2010. is the singularity near yet?
