| today the state filed a motion to block some of my motions, and the judge gave me 4 days to respond and i already filed my response so that was progress. | |

| my roommate comes back tonight i guess he didn't get in his study. i need to call a place in missouri tomorrow re a study. and i need to finish a motion for a continuance in my misdemeanor case. | |
