	my brief, that i've been stressing about for a month, is starting to come together pretty well, and i have a couple of days to fine tune it.


	i already know the judge is going to rule against anything i file, but i have to do a good job of setting up the appeal.


	i have a new cold, from being up in the freezing attic, on top of the cold i already had.


	i guess i'll go out to the club and spread it around a bit.
