even though i'm already $5K in debt, from not working all this year, I found a house I want to buy.
It's a 6 bedroom duplex near my other duplex, a hud foreclosure listed at $5K. huge, nice inside, but it's in the ghetto.
I will need to find a realtor monday morning and put in an offer.
you people reading this might not understand how a house can go for $5,000, but as they say it's all about location. i have been repeatedly robbed at the two places near there that i lived, so i know
what i'm getting into. but it could rent for $800/mo. I'll offer $3500.
