	day 2. it's our only full day this week; the rest of the week is just comking in for blood draws.


	it's hot in here and it was too hot to sleep last night, and today we have to stay awake, sitting in hard chairs, subjected to football on tv.

update: a staff person responded and closed drapes and set up fans; it's a start.


	if they can't handle how to set a thermostat, should i trust them to be giving me exoerimental drugs?


	the drive here wasn't too bad. took 40 because thee transmission isn't working again, and it rained. hung out at my usual coffee shop.


	we have reached the stage where they are now talking our blood every hour instead of every half hour.


	the group of 60 is mostly typical wva college student types, but there are a couple cute guys. it's all men since this drug causes birth defects.
