9 days since my last entry. today i missed a train by 10 minutes, so i got back to chicago 22 minutes after my train left, so i didn't go to nebraska. probably didn't get into the 5800 waukegan study.
i made it back home ok. sore feet. tired. my chromebook died this morning, but i guess it just needed to recharge for 5 hours and now it's working again.
on sunday tommy emailed me out of the blue, and we had a nice chat and i might go visit and try to bring him down here..
even though it's may it's already summer hot,and i've been not very productive lately.
the clinic was about a mile from where the map said it was, so that might be why i was 10 minutes late, but mostly they wasted my time.

i have to decide whether to try next week to go to nebraska again, it's probably too late to get in.
and i'll check again at some other clinics. apparently i've been doing these studies for 7 years now - i thought it was 5.
