| i did not get into either study i screened for this morning, the 4800 one or the 3800 one. | |

on the train i made some progres updating the 72-item to do list, and figured ou how to work on google docs while offline.

| i convinced them to do my ekc, but it took an argument, so my blood pressure was too high, so i didnt get into the first study. | |

| then i flunked the ekg for the second study - which is the one i would have screened for wednesday if i hadn't missed my train. | |

update! i got into the chicago study. (i still could end up just being an alternate)

| so it was a partial sort of victory - what they wanted me to do was come twice to not get into one study, and i was able to come once to not get into two studies. | |

| now i have to see if tommy is ready for me to come visit him on my way back. waukegan hasn't called yet - i don't expect to get into that one either. | |
