	so the sellers accepted my $7K offer on the house, since that's what they were asking.


	and i talked to the lady who used to live at my current house and she will see if her bank will loan her $35,000 to buy this one.


	i'll be staying tomorrow night at a hostel called ghettopolis in cincy, which sounds fun.


	right now i either want to go look at yet another house, or go back to the sf convention i stopped in at last night. lookd at the house.


	on days like today i feel full of confidence, like life is a big monopoly game. i used to feel this way till i lost the game real hard 12 years ago.


	that one is a $10,000 rent-to-buy next to a $175,000 house, so there's potential.
