i didn't get much done today, but i figured out how to mail yesterday's draft as plaintext, and i worked on my taxes, and i made a 60 item to do list and a 40 item did list.
the internet comes and goes. there's no outlet near my bed or desk. it's around 90 degrees in the dorm at night. the tv is loud, the patients are louder.
i'm reading a book by alec guiness about being 83. he's more upperclass british than i realized. art museums and opera and such. i'm an anglophile and snob, but i don't travel in those circles.
