it's sunday afternoon. we are counting down the hours. it's pretty quiet, most folks are sleeping. tomorrow we get out, then for two days we have outpatients.
i'm going to skip utah. 1300 miles is too far in this car to screen for an easy $4300 study. i will probably take a few weeks off.
i want to get my teeth worked on, plant the garden, do some stuff around the house, maybe write another brief.
the brief i wrote for ohio did not get filed in time, but the guy says he did use a bunch of my arguments in oral argument.
the one i'm working on now, for the aclu in rhode island, is going slow but coming together.
i hope i won't get distracted and not get around to finishing it - it's almost ready now if i stop writing and start editing.
