friday i barely got out of bed, but i did book a screening monday in baltimore. it's saturday now and i'm trying to psych myself up to drive to the east coast without stopping, assuming my car starts.
then i'll spend easter with mom and go to baltimore monday and then missouri on wednesday.
today's serve went ok. i made salad, a pastry tray, fruit baskets, cheesy bread, brussel sprouts, jasmine rice, tea, and reheated the onion soup.
we also had fresh juices, roasted sweet potatoes, stir fry, and fruit salad, and probably more.
i've had a few cups of coffee but i'm not on the road yet. need to bathe, pack and go.
